Term & Conditions
- The initial two weeks will be considered a trial period, during which cancellation is permitted. After the first two weeks, all payments are non-refundable and cancellations will not be accepted.
- Patients must notify the clinic of any changes to their equipment or if they wish to change their mask prior to their renewal date.
- Patients are responsible for booking appointments as required according to the features included in their package.
